Description

Get people to put their thinking caps on with this 1984 'Make Orwell Fiction Again' Dad Hat. This hat critiques how George Orwell's 1984, once a fictional dystopian warning, feels increasingly relevant due to current social and political trends. Originally, 1984 painted a disturbing picture of government surveillance, propaganda, and control, meant as a cautionary tale. However, today’s shifts in privacy, disinformation, and authoritarian practices echo aspects of Orwell’s story, prompting a satirical call to "Make Orwell Fiction Again"—a reminder of the need to prevent such a reality by protecting personal freedoms and transparency.

*This Dad hat has a slightly distressed brim and crown fabric, it’ll add just the right amount of edge to your look. For a quick and easy outfit pair it with slacks, your favorite jeans, and a sports tee.
