Returns
SVRN Society accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors or damage, and returned in their original condition. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Because many SVRN Society items are made-to-order through production partners, we ask customers to contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Made-to-Order Products
Many SVRN Society products are produced on a made-to-order basis through trusted fulfillment partners.
Because items are created specifically for each order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and product details before completing a purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.
This helps ensure the correct item is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Returned items must be received by SVRN Society before a refund can be issued.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been processed.
SVRN Society does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.
