SVRN Society is operated by Couture Alchemist LLC DBA SVRN Society.
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
All items purchased from SVRN Society are eligible for return within this period provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unworn or tried on only

unwashed

with original tags attached

in its original packaging

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Made-to-Order Products
Many SVRN Society products are produced on a made-to-order basis through trusted fulfillment partners.
Because items are created specifically for each order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and product details before completing a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.
This helps ensure the correct item is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Returned items must be received by SVRN Society before a refund can be issued.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been processed.
SVRN Society does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.
