At SVRN Society, every item is designed with intention and produced just for you the moment you place your order. We work with trusted fulfillment partners in both the United States and abroad, depending on the product and destination, to get your items to you efficiently and reliably.

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on many items, both within the U.S. and internationally. Additionally, *orders over $100 ship free, worldwide.

Where Your Order Ships From
Your order may ship from the U.S. or from an international facility, depending on what you ordered and your location. In some cases, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages—this is completely normal for made-to-order shipping.

Sometimes, one carrier (e.g., DHL) may hand off your package to another (e.g., USPS) for final delivery.
⚠️ Important: If you know that certain carriers cannot deliver to your address (such as USPS not delivering to a private road or rural location), please contact us before placing your order so we can help avoid delivery issues.
If There's a Problem With Delivery
If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived—or it appears stuck in transit—please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and work to resolve it quickly.
International Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the U.S., any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to include these fees at checkout however, these fees will vary based on your local government.
