Made-to-Order, Delivered with Care

At SVRN Society, every item is designed with intention and produced just for you. We work with trusted fulfillment partners in both the United States and abroad.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Based off of orders placed by 5pm EST Monday - Friday

U.S. Domestic Orders

Production Time: 1–4 business days
Shipping Time: 4–10 business days
Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days from order date

International Orders

We are temporarily pausing our international shipping.

Free Shipping Available

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on some of our items within the U.S.

*Exceptions—such as expedited requests or oversized orders—will be clearly noted at checkout.

Where Your Order Ships From

Your order may ship from the U.S. or from an international facility, depending on what you ordered and your location. In some cases, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages—this is completely normal for made-to-order shipping.

Carriers We Use

Orders are shipped through a variety of reliable carriers, including but not limited to:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Sometimes, one carrier (e.g., DHL) may hand off your package to another (e.g., USPS) for final delivery.

Important: If you know that certain carriers cannot deliver to your address (such as USPS not delivering to a private road or rural location), please contact us before placing your order so we can help avoid delivery issues.

If There's a Problem With Delivery

If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived—or it appears stuck in transit—please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and work to resolve it quickly.
